Peanut will go down as one of the best players I have ever coached. He was never selfish, a constant team player. His career started out playing with two dynamic offense players in Stacey and Mosley allowing him to play a secondary role on the offense while being a dominant defensive force. In his sophomore year he was critical in Duluth's first NTT title. His junior year showed he was capable of leading the offense as well as the defense averaging 21.2ppg on 59% 2pt and 50.9% 3pt. His senior year he really stepped up the offensive game averaging 24.8ppg on 59% 2pt and an amazing 53% 3pt. He started his career with a league freshman of the year and ended with a league player of the year. His final game was a great example of the kind of player he was and a nice way to finish his career, hitting a shot while getting fouled (and making the free throw) against conference rival Fort Wayne to win the game with 6 seconds left. Peanut will be greatly missed and never replaced.

 Peanut was the the the most coveted high school player coming into college, he was the #1 most recruited by the magazines as well as the Coaches' Most Recruited List.  He took the court his freshman year by storm and took home League 15 FOTY.  His sophomore year he helped lead Duluth to a League 15 NTT Championship.  His senior year he finished off his career with an exclamation mark by winning League 15 POTY.  When we left college, he was the #1 draft pick in the SimBA.
